Cancelling an order

Returning your order

Product limitations and restrictions
Our display solutions are made from high-quality, lightweight aluminum profiles, heavy-duty polycarbonate clips and precise metal springs for tension adjustment.
The materials used are, by design, resistant and durable under normal indoor conditions.
They are not designed for outdoor use, and cannot withstand rough handling, such as bending the tubes, as this could break the polycarbonate clips or result in inadequate spring tension.
The frame is 3“ to 4” wider and higher than the proposed poster format. The tension springs are designed to leave a maximum gap of 1“ to 1.75” between the edges of the poster and the inside of the frame tube. Using a smaller poster will increase the tension exerted on the poster and risk tearing your poster and damaging the springs. Please respect the suggested poster size.
Maximum poster thickness is 20 mil (0.02″).
You cannot insert foam board, coroplast or posters thicker than 20 mil (0.02″).
When using very thin, easily tearable posters, insert the poster diagonally to reduce the risk of damaging or tearing the paper.
