Placing an order

Your order will be processed between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day. If necessary, we will contact you right away to confirm any details that require clarification

Cancelling an order

You may call or email us to cancel any order prior to production. However, if production has started, a restocking fee may be applied in the case of certain custom-made products. We can not cancel an order that has already shipped from our factory

Payment methods

Payment must be made in full before any goods are dispatched. We currently accept major Credit Cards through Desjardins or Paypal; as well as Checks or Wire transfers. A Paypal account is not required for paying with a credit card

Production and delivery time

Production time is 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment for small to medium size orders. Larger orders may require more time for production. Please call or email us for an estimation. Delivery timeframe depends on the shipping option you select

Shipping

We typically use UPS for shipping. Depending on your location, 2 options should be available to you: Express (1 to 3 days) or Standard (2 to 10 days). Please contact us for a shipping cost approximation if shipping options are not available for your country

Returning your order

You must examine the completed order and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt of order. If any items are defective upon receipt, we will endeavour to replace or repair them in the best possible time frame. If our products did not suit you for any reason, please call us within 30 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a refund. Custom-made products may carry a restocking fee. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All products must be returned in their original packaging without damage or wear

If the product didn't suit you and you would like to return it, we will reimburse you the full amount. Only certain custom made products may require a restocking fee. You may contact us for further information. Shipping charges cannot be reimbursed and the products must be returned in their original packaging without damage or wear. Buyer shall bear all responsibility for shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit. Poster Printing services are not part of the 30 Days Money back guarantee

Poster Printing

If you find any discrepancies in your Poster order, communicate with us to explain the problem and we will take appropriate measures to correct the situation. However Poster Printing services are not part of the 30 Days Money back guarantee 

Product limitations

Our displays are made of lightweight, high-quality aluminum profiles, ultra-resistant polycarbonate clips and tension sensitive metallic springs. The materials used are able by design to withstand various indoor environnement under normal use and conditions for extended periods of time. However they are not made for outdoor use, and should not be physically abused such as bending the tubes, purposely breaking the polycarbonate clips or over-streching the tension springs. The maximum poster thickness our displays will accept is 20 mil (0.02"). You can not insert foamcore, coroplast or thick poster boards. When using very thin posters, insert the poster in a diagonal way in order to reduce stress on the paper and avoid tearing of your poster. Refer to the "How It Works" section of the site for detailed poster installation instructions, as we cannot be held responsible for damage to your posters

We make it easy for you to subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter on any page of our site, by simply entering your e-mail address and selecting to either subscribe to or unsubscribe from our newsletter. We do not stock credit card information
